چکیده

This study examines employer branding and the relationship between corporate reputation, social media, intention of potential applicants to seek future employment. The researchers deployed a structured questionnaire gather data from national service personnel in Ghana via WhatsApp platform using Google Form hyperlink. proposed conceptual framework was tested based on 581 generated responses. depended ADANCO 2.1 software for analysis. helped producing PLS-SEM. results indicate that application value, development value positively impact which successively influences intent apply. findings also reveal that, where media influence apply, it does not reputation. limitation this directions studies are presented.
